AAF of the Ozarks presents “Intelligent Management of Intellectual Property”

How can you protect your intellectual property?

How can you avoid infringing on others’ rights?

Just because it’s downloadable doesn’t make it legal! At AAF’s April program, attorney Craig Heidemann will discuss the basics of copyright and trademark law for advertising, media, editorial and creative professionals.

By day, Craig is a successful personal injury lawyer and partner at Douglas, Haun & Heidemann, P.C. in Bolivar. But in his “spare” time, he’s an accomplished photographer and co-owner of Apple Studios Photography, one of the nation’s top wedding, event and portrait photography studios.

Craig will speak about intellectual property from a creative perspective as well as a legal one, and illustrate his presentation with some of Apple Studios’ award-winning work. Join us for this unique presentation on a topic that impacts us all on a daily basis, and be inspired by some high-impact images!
