The MADDY’S (ADDY 34) is fast approaching and that means it’s time for Call To Entries!! Bring out your best work from 2012 and prepare to compete against your local advertising/marketing community! Who is going to win Best of Show this year, and who will take home a large amount of Gold and Silver ADDY Awards this year? Call to Entry Day is January 10th at KOLR/KOZL from 9a-5p and late call to entry day is January 11th at KOLR/KOZL from 9a-4p. Please note this year, the AAF has new software for the 2012 ADDY competition which means a new URL to register your entries. The URL to login and setup your company and submit entries is https://enter.addyawards.com/?comp_id=857. Judging is January 19th here in Springfield, and your ADDY Committee has selected four qualified and excited judges!. Once judging is complete, we will be calling entrants that have won an award!

We are excited to announce the MADDY’S will be held February 23, 2013 at the Diamond Room (2340 W. Grand, Springfield, MO 65802) with live entertainment featuring the local favorite 50′s and 60′s rock n’ soul cover band, the Detectives!! Cocktail hour, hors d’oeuvres, and networking will be from 5:30pm-7pm with a full bar (cash or credit cards accepted), live music, and an award-winning gallery. A full buffet dinner (menu TBA) will be served starting at 7pm with the awards show starting at 7:30pm. Bottles of wine for your table will be available for purchase at the bar. Remember, this year’s theme is “the MADDYS,” which means we would love it if you would come dressed in your 1950′s and 1960′s formal attire. We will be having a best Don and best Betty Contest!! The Detectives will play immediately following the ADDY ceremony so please stay for the party! Twist and shout after the show with drink specials and dancing!!
Ticket prices are $40 per person or $280 per table (seating of 8-$35 per person). Please RSVP by COB Friday, February 15, 2013, to Carrie Grant cgrant@kolr10.com, Christa Clemenson cclemenson@kolr10.com, or via mail. You may make checks payable to the AAF of the Ozarks and mail checks to Attention ADDY 34 PO Box 105011 Springfield, MO 65808-0511 with your RSVP and list of attendees. You may also pay via PayPal and send your payments to dianne@aafozarks.org with a 3% surcharge. Please list if there is another person or group that you would like to sit next to in your RSVP list. You can also bring payment with you to the ceremony, but you must pay for your ticket to attend. ADDY 34 posters and awards books will be available free of charge at the end of the show.
